Responsible Gaming Policy

Last updated: April 8, 2026

S Arena is built on skill, not luck. We want our players to enjoy competing for real cash in a way that is healthy, sustainable, and fun. This policy explains the tools and resources we provide to support responsible play.

If you ever feel that gaming is becoming a problem for you or someone you care about, please reach out — to us, to a trusted person in your life, or to one of the support organizations listed at the bottom of this page.

1. Self-Exclusion

You may request to be temporarily or permanently excluded from real-money play on S Arena at any time. To self-exclude:

  • Email [email protected] with the subject line “Self-Exclusion Request”
  • Specify the duration: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent
  • Include the email address associated with your S Arena account

While self-excluded, your account will be blocked from depositing funds and entering real-money games. Permanent self-exclusions cannot be reversed.

2. Account Balance Before Self-Exclusion

Before requesting self-exclusion, we strongly encourage you to withdraw any cash balance from your S Arena wallet. Once your account is excluded, you may not be able to access the Platform to initiate a withdrawal. Note that deposits are non-refundable; only winnings can be withdrawn.

3. Deposit and Time Limits

On request, we can apply the following limits to your account to help you stay in control:

  • Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit
  • Loss limits — caps on the net amount you can lose in a given period
  • Session time limits — automatic reminders or cool-downs after a set play duration
  • Cool-off periods — short, voluntary breaks from real-money play

To set or change any of these limits, contact [email protected]. We may take up to 24 hours to process limit changes; reductions take effect immediately, while increases include a cool-off period to give you time to reconsider.

4. Recognizing the Signs

You may have a problem with gaming if you:

  • Spend more time or money on games than you can afford
  • Feel anxious, restless, or irritable when not playing
  • Chase losses by placing bigger bets to win back what you’ve lost
  • Hide your gaming from friends or family
  • Neglect work, school, or relationships because of gaming
  • Borrow money or sell possessions to fund your play

If any of these sound familiar, please consider taking a break and reaching out for support. You are not alone, and help is available.

5. Our Commitment

S Arena commits to:

  • Verifying every player’s age before they can deposit or play for cash
  • Honoring all self-exclusion and limit requests promptly
  • Never targeting underage users, self-excluded users, or anyone who has indicated they want a break, with promotional content
  • Providing clear, honest information about our games — payouts are determined by skill, not chance, and we publish our rake structures
  • Training our customer support team to recognize and respond to signs of problem gaming
  • Reviewing this policy regularly and updating it based on best practices

6. Resources for Help

If you or someone you know needs help with problem gaming or gambling, the following organizations offer free, confidential support:

7. Healthy Play Habits

Even if you don’t feel at risk, these habits help keep gaming fun:

  • Set a budget for entertainment spending and stick to it
  • Treat any money you bet as the cost of entertainment, not an investment
  • Take regular breaks — stretch, drink water, look away from the screen
  • Never play when you’re tired, stressed, or under the influence
  • Balance gaming with other activities, hobbies, and relationships
